1. Withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of the payment date. However, once you begin using the service, withdrawal is limited for the portion already provided, and this is explained again on the payment screen. For contracts that can be divided into periods, such as 1-year or 2-year plans, you may withdraw for the portion of the period not yet provided.

If what was provided differs from what was described, you may withdraw within 3 months from the day you received it, or within 30 days from the day you became aware, or could have become aware, of the fact.

2. How to cancel

You can cancel online the same way you signed up. We do not require a phone call or a visit to cancel, and the cancellation process is never made more complicated than the sign-up process.

3. Early cancellation of a committed term & refunds

You can cancel a 1-year or 2-year plan anytime during the term. Upon cancellation, we settle the cost of the period already used and refund the remaining amount; any penalty for the committed-term discount is charged only up to the loss actually caused by the cancellation. The exact refund formula is shown in the contract.

4. Refund timing

We process refunds within 3 business days of confirming the reason for the refund; if delayed, we also pay compensation for the delay period.

5. Data retention after cancellation

When you cancel, the site becomes private and the data is kept for 90 days. If you pay again within that period, you can pick up right where you left off, and you can also download your data.

Changes to what is provided

For good cause — such as changes in relevant law, changes to the policies or pricing of connected external services, or a significant change in the cost of providing a feature — the Company may change the features and quotas included in a plan. We will announce any change in-service and by email at least 30 days before it takes effect, and it will not apply retroactively to periods you have already paid for.

Automatic renewal

Automatic renewal applies when you have registered auto payment on a 1-month or 1-year plan. The 1-month plan is charged monthly, and the 1-year plan is charged yearly, to your registered payment method, extending the plan by that period each time. The Company will email you that expiration is approaching between 50 and 20 days before the expiration date, and you may cancel renewal anytime before expiration. If the recurring payment amount increases, we obtain your separate consent before the increase.

The 2-year plan does not renew automatically. You pay for that whole period at once and use the service for that period; use ends when the period is over. If you have not registered auto payment on the 1-month or 1-year plan either, use ends the same way when the period is over.

Fair use

Items marked unlimited assume a normal range of use. We consider normal range to be about 2,500 visitors a day; if usage stays well beyond that, or a particular use occupies excessive server resources and disrupts other users' service, we may make an adjustment after prior notice. Before any adjustment, we let you know the current usage and the planned adjustment date, and we also suggest a higher plan or a separate arrangement.

Restriction of use

The Company may restrict use after prior notice when there is a defined reason. In urgent cases, we act first and notify you without delay.

Processing structure

The member and order information accumulated on a site belongs to the user who operates that site; the Company acts as a data processor that stores and handles it on the user's behalf.

Sub-processing

The Company sub-delegates storage, payments, notification delivery, and similar tasks to specialized external vendors; the details of delegated work and the list of processors can be found in the full Privacy Policy.
